We had a fantastic weekend exploring the beautiful Vinschgau valley. the hotel we stayed in was conveniently located only a 5-minute walk from the train station. We received free travel cards, which allowed us to use the train and bus service throughout the entire valley. the breakfast was delightful, with a range of delicious Tyrolean and North Italian options. Our balcony overlooked a peaceful garden and fruit trees, which was a pleasant sight to wake up to every morning.
The village was a bit small, so there weren't many restaurant choices available. the restaurants we tried served outstanding food with excellent service.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Frau Rinner, who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Val Venosta, and it's just a short walk from the train station. The train and bus services in the area are free with the Vinschgau Card, which was a great perk. The room I stayed in had a lovely balcony overlooking a picturesque garden and fruit trees. Plus, the Tyrolean and Northern Italian breakfast served here was absolutely delicious.

Limited dining options in the village, as expected in a small town.

The hotel had a convenient central location, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful Val Venosta. We especially loved that it was only a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient to travel around the area. Another great aspect was the delicious Tyrolean/N. Italian breakfast provided by Frau Rinner. It was the perfect way to start our days of hiking and exploring. The room itself was lovely, with a nice balcony facing a peaceful garden and fruit trees.
While the limited restaurant choices in the village were to be expected, we found that the ones we tried had excellent food and service. So, even though there weren't many options, we didn't feel like we missed out on anything.
